Expertise and Experience Highlights:

In addition to being an active member of the AS360 Executive Team, Robert Jankowski serves as DAF Civilian Medical Emergency Manager Flight Commander for the 1st Special Operations Medical Group at Hurlburt Field, FL. In this position Mr. Jankowski plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Medical Readiness Flight section, ensuring that all aspects of personnel deployment operations including mobility plans, mobility position analysis and sourcing, real world and exercise deployment processing, as well as all applicable reporting such as Status of Resources and Training Reports (SORTS), Medical Readiness Deployment Support System (MRDSS) and AEF Reporting Tool (ART). In addition, he reviews organization mission, functions, and manning, identifies requirements and initiates requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include assessing and revising policies and procedures as needed to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work.

Prior to his work with the USAF Mr. Jankowski served as the Adjunct Faculty-Lead Paramedic Instructor
at Northwest Florida State College and also served as the Emergency Response Planner for
Battelle Memorial Institute.

In addition to his tremendous administrative expertise Mr. Jankowski earned additional field experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Fort Walton Beach and also worked as the Medical Supervisor for

Kellogg, Brown and Root Service, Tuzla Valley, Bosnia - Working under the general supervision of the Task Force Medical Commander Operation Enduring Freedom where he Managed Self-Aid and Buddy Care as well as Basic Life Support training programs.

With a tremendous amount of expertise in program analysis, assessment, and implementation Mr. Jankowski brings a significant body of knowledge as well as subject matter expertise to AS360.
